My hot water tank stopped working. I called Lowe's and told them exactly what I told Shinnston plumbing. Lowe's wanted over $1,600 to fix the same problem Shinnston plumbing fixed for only $101. They were professional, prompt and highly qualified. I would have spent $1,000's for services I did not need . I am so very thankful they resolved my problem fast and without me bankrupting my account!

We have a very old Lennox pulse HVAC unit and we dont have the money at this time to completely replace the unit. The sales associates have assisted us twice in getting parts and walking through self diagnosis and installation saving us thousands of dollars at this time. We will be getting a new system through them hopefully with financing. They could have not assisted us with trying to Band-Aid and duck tape our problems and charge us for service fees but instead they gave us advise on helping us fix our short term problems. I really appreciate them not trying to price gouge us. The staff went above and beyond, and are very friendly.

Thank you! AC unit stopped working and Shinnston Plumbing responded quickly and fixed it! The repairman was very courteous and explained what happened. We were sure we needed a new unit, but nope! Will definitely call again for any plumbing/hvac issues!
