“It's tough to find a reliable and trustworthy HVAC company, which is why I'm so glad I have found Dave! He is quick to respond to any issues I have and will keep me updated on his arrival time. The first time he came, he spotted the issue right away and told me how to defrost the unit so that he could come back the next day to fix it without having to charge me while he defrosted it. He is thorough and takes the time to explain things. Very fairly priced as well. Will always call him from here on out!“

“I would highly recommend Harrell's Services! I called them and explained that our A/C was running but not blowing cool air. I had just brought my husband home from the hospital, this was not what we were expecting to come home to, especially with a heat wave coming the next day. I spoke to a caring person on the phone who scheduled a service call for me and told me she had a technician was in my area this morning. 2 hours later, they called to say they were on their way to my house and would diagnose my cooling issue. The technician found the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. He was thorough, honest and did not try and up sale me like a larger company has in the past.“

Mr. Walters from Proffesional Plumbing is an astounding person. I had a problem with my kitchen faucet during this weekend and I gave Mr. Walters a call if he would be able to stop by and take a look at it. Without any questions asked Mr. Walters had came immediatly after I gave him a call. My kitchen faucet was leaking and was bad so we had to purchase a new one the same day. Is the sweat pouring down my face because my AC went out in the middle of July? Possibly. Is it also because I witnessed the hypnotic movements of a man who might just be the sex symbol of a generation? Without question.

Did Appalachian provide superior service at a fraction of the price compared to their competitors? Yes, without a doubt. Are their additional services limited? It would appear so. I offered AJ $200 to blow on the back of my neck and ease the burden of this heatwave, but was told no such service is available.

Aside from that one small letdown, I’m very pleased with the experience.“
