“Our 20 year old gas furnace was not working. After I called them, they were at the house in 2 hours. The furnace had a hole in the heat exchanger and a new heat exchanger for the model of furnace we had would take a week and cost almost as much as the new furnace. Since it was cold outside (and inside), we opted for the new furnace. They were able to install a new furnace that afternoon and at a good price.
