I would give 0 if it let me, company doesn't know how to return phone calls. Was told by their employee backnin November when my AC finally got fixed (through a warranty company) that because of the temps outside he probably had my freon slightly low; get ahold of him in the spring and he would come back. Well he no longer works for them and i try to contact them to work it out but no one answers nor returns the call like my message asked.

If possible I would have assigned this review NO stars. This fence fell & Matt Dolin agreed to have an employee contact me to do a quick repair. Weeks passed & then he ignored my texts. Michael Adkins will not return phone messages. The fence belongs to my 92 year old father & my 83 year old disabled mother. It is disgraceful to treat elderly people this way. DO NOT TRUST THIS OUTFIT!

While the owner was quite personable the disparity between the project costs and quality of work was disappointing. Two of the three projects completed will have to be redone at our expense. Scheduling was difficult due to extended wait time for returned calls.
