Cody, Wyatt, and Jordan did an excellent job on this project. We would recommend them for future jobs. While our initial experience was not ideal, this experience was much better. Ground Works made sure the issues were quickly taken care of in a satisfactory manner. Mike and Richie were great to work with, too. Thanks Basement Authority and Ground Works.
Patrick and his crew were excellent. Every step of the process was explained to me. They got my approval for issues that popped up and my final price was the original quote. In addition, Patrick, Maddison, and (super cool beard guy whose name I can't remember) were all super cool, extremely polite, and were nice to my annoying dog. I was dreading this project, Patrick and crew put my mind at ease and were the utmost professionals...also cool people. The entire 3 day project was a smooth process from start to finish.
My husband and I bought a home in a low elevation spot with a river that surrounds the community, which creates a lot of ground water under the surface. When someone added a second story to the home, they didn't add the proper additional support in the crawlspace. Due to these factors, the crawlspace was always wet causing excessive moisture levels, and the main support beam was sagging causing uneven floors, which are health and safety hazards. We got a good deal on the house for these reasons and just knew it could be a great home for us, but if it wasn't for a place like Basement Authority and what they do, we could never have lived and been safe in this... read full review
