These people are totally professional. Their 1st priority is to make you feel comfortable, well cared and to make a good experience out of a traumatic one. I couldn't feel better with the results. It is not just what they look but how they feel. Sincerely, after 20+ years without visiting a dentist office, I cannot be more gladly surprised for this experience. Very pleasant visit! The dentists and staff were helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I felt that my problem was assessed and addressed professionally with great anticipated resolution. Wow! I'm so glad I came here and invite you to do the same.
I just want to start off by saying I’ve never before had the inclination to hug my dentist before, but after todays visit (for a root canal) I could have hugged every person in their office. I have a crippling fear of dentists, which has led to more problems than I care to admit but after working with Dr. Nichols I can confidently say I am no longer afraid of dentists. The whole process only took an hour from check in to check out, with the root canal taking 14 minutes start to finish. It was beyond worth the hour+ drive, everyone was so kind and understanding I cannot recommend this office highly enough.
