“I just want to say these guys are the best, and they saved us from a disaster created by another company. We have two new Lennox systems that were installed three years ago and always seemed to have issues. Once the two-year installation support ended, the installer was no help. We found Comfort Air and they started troubleshooting our issues and discovered some hidden problems. They never gave up on the troubleshooting and they demonstrated great patience dealing with our continuous need of help. The company resolved our issues at reasonable rates and did it all just in time for the local heat wave. We are satisfied customers that won’t be looking anywhere else. “This is a very generous 4 stars. I recall all work was done well, but they could not provide an accurate or legible invoice for my business. I was not willing to make a second payment without receipt for the first, or a detailed invoice. An angry man from the company harassed several of my employees on 2 different occasions, trying to collect payment without providing these items, which I believe are required by law.I support local businesses and want them to do well, but I felt this was unacceptable.“

“Unbelievably accommodating. Service? The day after I began my inquiry with them, I had a very heavy hot water heater (which also serves as the energy source for the condo via an AquaTherm unit in an interior closet. The HWH had the usual input for cold water intake, and hot water delivery. But it also had a second output to deliver hot water to the AquaTherm unit: it also had a second input for the return of the AquaTherm, as well as a second return.. And it is direct vent. This unit was not available within a hundred mile radius of my house. I had already contracted for the install from a friend of a friend. Hajoca did not hesitate to sell me the unit. AND DELIVERED IT. UP TWO FLIGHTS of stairs. I also talked to three people over there. All were knowledgeable Al were on point. The delivery guy had a hell of a time getting the unit up two flights of stairs; but did not hesitate to do the job. The unit must have weighed 900 lbs. (It is a commercial unit; with extra fittings (required) and a DirectVent fan, etc. (also required). Thus the weight. They have a deep inventory. No one else had one or could find one. I was directed to them from their Richmond branch. They had four units in stock.. Use them. They are honest. They are fair. They do what they say. Service that reminded me of the 1950's. (I am not a employee/relative of them. I have received no incentives for this review. I just want you guys to know that somewhere there is a company that still values customers. Shit, it's just like 1956.)“
