This place allowed a worker to break HIPPA and spread nasty rumors all around a neighborhood without removing the worker as per the families request. They then allowed a patient who has been diagnosed with dementia to remove the person in charge of their care at that time from their contact sheet due to that same worker wanting it done as revenge for being told on for breaking HIPPA and spreading the rumors. The love and concern that ive been shown by these employees is phenomenal my health is getting worse and they helped me get more hours .i went from 3 hours a day 3 times a week to getting 6 hours a day 7 days a week. They always treat me like family whether on the phone or in person. I havent had a problem that they couldn't handle. They are kind hearted and caring. Thhey named it rigth AllWays Caring is the perfect name for themI havent had one problem with them. Wouldn't trade them for the world!

I have been very pleased with the service that ResCare has provided for my grandmother. The caregiver is extremely helpful, understanding, patient, and kind. She takes the time to make sure the job gets done right. I don't have to worry about her care when her caregiver is there.
