I have used them multiple times for work. They have been great with my mom. They just replaced my daughter's hot water tank and fixed multiple problems with the venting etc. They are honest, fair prices and GREAT work ethic. I would not use any one else!!!
They are the best! I had groggs install a new furnace in February and had it service by them 5 times between February and November they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my furnace and told me it’s bad gas had dominion hope come out and tell them it wasn’t bad gas groggs came back out a few days later and basically told me tough luck we can’t fix it and we arent replacing it or giving you your money back we have bad gas. I called Pleasants heating and cooling to see if they could help me figure out the problem within a couple hours a tech was at my house and within five minutes he figured out the problem and fixed it the very next morning!! Highly recommended. A/c randomly starting making a loud noise and had to be shut down overnight. I called them in the morning and they had things working in no time. If I have any other problems arise I will be calling them for sure.
