Zoe does a Fabulous job with my hair no matter what I throw at her. I am either cutting my long hair, growing it out, changing the colors of my highlights from caramel to orchid or going with a perm. I am never disappointed. I definitely recommend Zoe!O'Hair salon is at a convenient location in South Parkersburg. It is easy to get in and out of traffic wise. I also like that they have a nice well lit concrete parking lot.The salon is super cute inside, clean and a friendly atmosphere.
