I read the bad review on here, and it sounds like a frustrating experience, but my experience with this company has been the opposite. I used New Way Carpet Cleaners of Vienna at my previous home a couple of times, and they did a great job. When a stain 'bled' through from the pad, they showed concern and came back multiple times, at no extra charge, until the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. A month ago, I moved into my current home, and I called them to clean an area that the former owners had tried to spot clean, but a large dirty area remained. I have used these carpet cleaners twice. The first time after arranging for the service by phone the cleaners arrived at my house and did not seem clear as to what service I was getting. I was not at home (my mother was with the cleaners) and I ended up having to call the office from work and have them relay information back and forth to get things done. The cleaning was fine BUT what a hassle it became. Still. I thought I'd try again. The second time I arranged to start a package called the " no brainer" in which they would do a complete cleaning on the first clean then return every 6 months for high traffic areas.
