Grogg’s sent a technician to my home the same day I called about my furnace being out. He arrived before 5pm and quickly determined the problem. He had to go get a part and came right back and fixed it. I appreciated his help so much.
They installed a new heat pump system for us, the techs were great they showed up when they said and did a great job. After they were finished installing it they cleaned up and explained how the new thermostat works and how to change the filter. These guys are friendly and polite, would highly recommend them.
Last Friday the fan on the exterior part of my a/c system stopped running. The inside part was operating but without the outside unit the temperature inside my house quickly rose to 84 degrees (it was in the low 90s outside). I called Groggs and they were able to send a technician out later that same day. I was pleasantly surprised by that as it was after 5 p.m. and my call was answered by the after hours service. Ben, the responding techician, arrived close to 8 p.m., quickly identified the problem (a bad connector), replaced the bad part, and the unit was operating again.
