Rick and Carl are the absolute best to work with. I feel comfortable working with them and will always request them for any of my plumbing needs. They’re honest, will tell you what you need, what you don’t, and will be fair. They made my shower knob not only work correctly, but also look brand new. I’m glad I called Grogg’s to fix my plumbing issues instead of making it a DIY project.

Matthew from Grogg’s was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to answer my questions and explain several different options I could consider for my situation. He didn’t make me feel rushed or like he was just trying to get in & out, like I was another check off or routine customer. Ben came to our home, he was very pleasant and very informative. He explained our situation clearly & advised us of options, but in no way did he exert any pressure on us to make an expensive decision.
