This goes a few years back but we had a ac unit quit working on a Saturday nite . We called them Sunday morning came out and fixed it . Roughly a year later samething happed again they came out figured out it was the very same part and fixed it free of charge because the part they replaced should've lasted alot longer the technician said . 10 out of 10 will use again
