OK, so I'd like to clarify some stuff since somehow I was brought into someone else's conversation .. I (misti ice) had a great experience with my hair stylist who was very responsive, helpful, and did a great job trying to get my extensions to match the color I wanted.. though there was a very similar miscommunication at the end so I can see the confusion however, I did not write a review and I would appericate if my name was taken off there! with what little information this woman gave not saying when she came in or who did her hair or really anything that you would just associate me with it unless you though it's what was done to me smh... in my situation... read full review
