Of course no one ever wants to have to deal with this sort of situation but having staff that is caring and knowledgeable is so important. A staff that doesn’t take advantage of the situation. My mom, sister, and I went in. Typically as women most places would take that to their advantage but not at Highlawn. They took care of the process from beginning to end which allowed my mom to be put at ease as my dad had to be transported back from another state. I could go on about how wonderful and caring the staff is. If you want to feel at ease and know your loved one is receiving the best, I recommend Highlawn out of any funeral home locally and the surrendering areas.
