After leaving multiple voicemails, I finally received a call to look at my roof & we scheduled a date. No one showed up that day so I text asking what happened. He said he'd be out the next day, but again didn't show up. Now he's not replying to texts to reschedule. Either Casto doesn't want to work or doesn't need work.
Mr Casto was excellent to work with. He repaired a roof for my mother from a previous contractor who had done a very poor job and her roof was leaking terribly! Fantastic. Mike and his crew installed a new roof for us and then a new deck, which included opening up a wall and installing French doors. Everything looks fantastic and we are absolutely thrilled.
