Dale was more than super helpful on a Sunday after noon! We called about getting a vehicle towed a few miles and he was quick to answer all our questions in which we called back to schedule it because we weren’t there with the keys. I thought I was going to be early, but when I pulled into the parking lot he was already backed up with the flat bed tilted back ready to load. I jumped in and put it in neutral and he had it loaded and strapped down in 10 minutes and we were on our way! I needed the car unloaded in a tight space, which to find out wasn’t a problem either! Had to get my truck towed from Charleston to Cross Lanes. In the middle of the night I call Holsteins and within an hour the tow truck was there. The driver was absolutely amazing. This is the 3rd time I have used this company and every experience has been great. The driver Bill that came out tonight went above and beyond and I am so thankful for his services.
