I called several places to get estimates to replace my water tank/heater, and thank goodness I found Whipkey! Not only did they address my situation right away, but they were personable and professional at the same time, way faster install date than anyone else, and crushed the competition on pricing.The repairmen, Dustin and Isaiah, did fantastic with this extremely difficult job.These days, especially being a woman at home alone with children, you feel uneasy having strangers in your home. I called Whipkey last month to talk about possibly getting a new water heater. The office manager who answered the phone, Danae, was very helpful and sweet. She was very knowledgeable and patient and answered all my questions. She got me scheduled quickly and even would call me back to make sure I was happy with the work the guys were doing. The guys were also great. Always on time and installed my water heater quickly. Highly recommend.Service: Water heater installation

They have saved my bacon on more than one occasion. Yesterday they stayed open for an extra hour just on the chance that they might be able to help me. I can't imagine a business that offers better service.
