Andrue was very quick to respond to our request for an estimate and was able to schedule a work date in a timely manner. The crew was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and we really appreciated their taking the time to protect plants below the trees they were bringing down. We highly recommend Tristate Tree Service!
Called Andrew on Monday and he was able to take out my tree on Thursday. Since I was out of town he coordinated with me via phone, text, and photos. Fantastic customer service from Tristate Tree Service.
Tristate Tree Service is the definition of professionalism. Winter storm and winds put my house at risk without warning. One call and Andrue was meeting me within a couple hours. An hour later his team was there and they brought down two 40+ foot pines that were on the verge of uprooting due to rain and winds. To say the topping of the trees was precarious is an understatement. Nerves of steel and skill with the saw. Dropped them on a dime under the worst of conditions — rain, wind, and dark. Highly recommend for anyone needing tree service.
