The computers and server at our accounting office needed replaced in January, one of the busiest months of the year for us. Don made it a smooth and painless process with very little disruption to our workflow. Excellent experience, definitely recommend Premier.

My fileserver crashed at my small nonprofit. Of course it's critical to our operation. Premier helped me recover the data, find a suitable upgraded replacement, and installed it to work exactly the way we needed it to. They were great to work with (the techs don't make you feel stupid!) and even recovered my files in order of my priorities. I'm glad to have local folks with this skillset and good customer service, it's rare.
