“Amberlee Christey is without doubt the best wedding photographer I have ever seen. She is a master artist with an eye that captures light, colors, shadows, angles etc. in genius ways. She seems to intuitively anticipate and capture incredible candid moments. She commands a crowd when crafting staged shots with kindness and great humor, but has absolute efficient control. She meticulously sees every detail from the reflection off Grandpa's eyeglasses to a flying strand of hair on the flower girl. She makes sure everyone in every picture looks their best, but somehow she does it so quickly and keeps everyone light and happy in the process. She absolutely radiates joy which is contagious and then reflected in her pictures. She is a catalyst of genuine smiles from those who are otherwise not photogenic, maybe are nervous, or hate to have their picture taken. I don't know how she does it. She is willing to go anywhere you want her, not just West Virginia or Pittsburgh. She did an engagement shoot for us in Los Angeles followed months later by a wedding in Western Pennsylvania. We're already planning the next one in China. There will be more weddings to come for my family, but there won't be any other photographer except Amberlee Christey.“
