We had an appointment with Chad Barker today for a quote to replace an old atrium patio door. He was on time, very knowledgeable of his product and very professional. We have decided to replace the door with a sliding door with built in blinds. We will update on completion of the job.

Pella Rep Chad Barker came today to give us an estimate on windows and slider. He was very knowledgeable and did his best to help us. The only thing now is the cost of this was higher than what we had planned to spend.
I had sales representative Don Dillon come to my home to measure and give me an estimate for a replacement door. He was very professional and answered all of my questions about different options. He sent the estimate back to me the next day. I am still undecided about the project but if I do go ahead with the replacement, I will be using Don's services.
