I have been using MopMen now for almost 3 years as the cleaners for my short-term rentals here in Morgantown. Always topnotch service, especially in emergency situations. We receive notes in reviews of how clean the units are from guests on a regular basis. Would recommend these guys for any type of cleaning service be it personal home, rental properties, commercial, they can cover it all with the utmost professionalism!

Update: The company contacted me and sent their general manager to clean my home. Much better job the second time around.This company is impossible to communicate with! I hired this company to do a “move-out” cleaning for a house I just purchased. The technicians arrived 15 minutes late for cleaning, and did not complete the job. The technicians didn’t clean inside a single cupboard, closet, or drawer as advertised, and I found a dirty cotton swab on the bathroom floor after they’d been there (I’ve never lived in the house yet!).
