Friendly Nails

Got a fill yesterday and was extremely happy with the results. Until I looked at my nails today and saw the top coat and chrome chipping off. It's been less than 24 hrs since I went and I didn't do any hard labor that would cause chipping. Decided I'd go back to hopefully have them fix it. When I showed up at 3pm on a Saturday, the doors were locked and nobody was there when the door and online says their business hours on Saturdays are 10-6. I then called the number on their Facebook and nobody answered. Very disappointed, I will be going back to request a fix or refund on Monday when they are hopefully open.

Yeah, I'll let the before and after speak for itself. They were nice people and mean well, but keep expectations low. My fingertips also got sliced up from the aggressive shaping like paper cuts.

I wanted my toes to match my nails and the lady didn't match at all. They knew I was unhappy and would not fix it. The lady who did my nails missed many spots on my nails and never asked if I wanted them cut down. I would never return here.Services: Nail polish changes
