“Chris Bailey and his team are true professionals. They use high quality materials and they get the job done in a timely and professional manner. Rising Sun remodeled a kitchen, powder room into a full-bath, and reconfigured the master bathroom and closet in 2018-2019 in my 1970s home in the Suncrest neighborhood of Morgantown. I wrapped in a portion of the cost into my mortgage and Chris was very patient in working with my bank and submitting the necessary paperwork. Once Rising Sun commits to a project, they keep on a tight schedule until it is completed. Chris inspects the work almost daily--on one occasion, I noticed there was a problem with the light placement in the kitchen ceiling. I texted Chris and he had already noticed it and had contacted the subcontractor to get it fixed. At my one year inspection there were very few issues (the thresholds had cracked, for example) and Rising Sun enthusiastically fixed these minor issues. I was extememly impressed with the subcontractors Rising Sun hires to do tile work, cabinetry, plumbing, painting, and dry wall. My chimney was leaking and I had contacted several contractors in the area and even scheduled a few only to experience no calls and no shows for appointments and ultimately being left with nothing but ignored calls. In October of 2022 he repointed my chimney and replaced the cap to fix an ongoing leak issue I had been experiencing.
