Scott is amazing!! Our area rug, sofa, love seat, and ottoman all look brand new again. He is also very much a perfectionist in his work and will try to ensure every single possible stain has been removed. He was even concerned about what he thought might be a spot but turned out to be part of my ottoman (hard to explain, but that’s how good and attentive he is).
