They have so many little touches that made the experience pleasant including a modest price list, excellent description of services and a color book so that all the options were literally at my fingertips. The staff were so lovely and genuinely appreciative of my business. I received a pedicure and dip. I didn’t feel like I was on an assembly line. Instead I felt like I was given the level of care I needed. I am sensitive to having my feet scrubbed, but I felt complete at ease during my pedicure. I have a tendency to break nails from my work, but feel like these will last me a long time. My nails look great and feel strong and healthy. Highly recommend.

Brittany is not only an incredible stylist, but also a hair hero who saved me when another salon (in another city I recently moved to) canceled on me two days before a super important presentation. I was coming back to town for the presentation, and Brittany squeezed me in on her normal day off from the salon. Honestly I might schedule my visits back to Morgantown around when I need my color done just so I can keep seeing her! The color she does for me is so much more bold than what other stylists have done, which is exactly what I want, and she does it in a way that doesn't look bad as it grows out, even with my dark roots. Have been going to Chad for over a year since coming back home. He’s a great barber which is clearly the main draw. But he might be a better person. I enjoy coming out looking great, and knowing we will have a great conversation. Be it our families, being dads, business, or many other topics, he’s the kind of person you want to be around and it’s easy to see while I’ll always be a customer if we are both in Mo’town. Even if it’s me who leaves he might be worth making visits to keep making me look good.

After moving to morgantown three years ago (as of 2024), I have had a hard time finding a barber that was within my price range, detail oriented and wasn't trying to push you out of the chair. When I tell you I won't be going to any other barber other than Kevin, I MEAN it. He knew exactly what I wanted after showing some reference photos and after some horrible explanation on my part (I don't know hair terminology) He gave me the best haircut I think I've ever received from a morgantown barber. Was talkative and attentive and captured the blending that I wanted since I'm a woman trying to grow out my undercut. 15 dollar hair cut but DEFINITELY worth more than that, and was even able to modernize my haircut which I've seen alot of old school barbers struggle to do. Please if you book an appointment DEFINITELY DEFINITELY DEFINITELY tip. Worth every penny. Will definitely be back

The staff is always very friendly. I have been to a few different salons in Morgantown and every time another place disappoints, they have fixed the problem without any hesitation. I had a terrible experience elsewhere a few months ago and called about 10 minutes before this place closed and one of the workers stayed way over to fix it for me. Amazing service. Cannot say enough nice things about this place. I will only be going here for my hair care from now on! If you are in the Morgantown area and need a haircut or anything done, highly recommend you stop here and they will help you out! I have never spent over $16 for a haircut here any of the various times I’ve stopped in over the past 5 years. Very affordable.

So grateful for our nail dates!! My nails used to be nubs and I chronically bit them. With getting structure gel, I’ve grown my natural nails and they are strong! I’ve been going here for 3 years! Clawthentic is so talented and fun! I always look forward to my nail appointments.

I cannot recommend Rachel and Honey enough!! For me as a brunette, it was so refreshing to see someone who is experienced in dark hair, and doesn’t just throw in a bunch of blonde highlights. Instead, I’m fully brunette with under painted highlights and lowlights of varying brunette colors. From her attention to defail, the quality of her service, the great conversation, and the beautiful space— Honey is the place to be!!

Went to Cassidy twice now, today was the second time. She did my extensions the first appointment and was so very fast and answered any questions I had before the appointment. She was very informative about products to use, and never once tried to push any specific product line, just informed me so I could find something on my own.
Returned for a touch up to my color before my wedding, and she was again very quick, she got me in on a tight schedule with little notice (because I’m a horrible planner) and she provided excellent service and made sure I was satisfied before I left. She always styles my hair with these beautiful “easy breezy” curls before I leave that just make me absolutely love my hair. I was referred by a friend and I can’t tell enough people how much I appreciate her work and client care! Would give 10 stars if I could.
I have seen Tina at Lush beauty bar for the last 2 years for eyebrow threading. She does an amazing job and is very detailed with her work, she threads them, evens them and trims them with clips most times. I highly recommend seeing her.

Wonderful experience with Jen! I asked for a good, strong cut with layers/face framing and I’m very happy with my results! I had hair almost to my hips after foregoing salon visits due to hair trauma and she listened to my concerns and what my goals were. Jen made sure on multiple occasions that she was clear on what I wanted and my comfort level since we were cutting so much hair! I left her chair with hair that’s healthy and has shine/bounce to it!

Brandon was super kind and seemed very experienced both times I went to him. I got my nostril and took my boyfriend to get his earlobes and we have had 0 issues with any of those piercings. They both healed very well too. I also just went to him to put my septum back in (i accidentally took it out lol) and despite not having it pierced by him, he immediately sterilized the equipment and placed it back in without any problems. If you’re going to get pierced in Morgantown, definitely go here!!
Braddock always does a superb job, he’s done most of my tattoos, & I’m always happy with the result! Pictured is a tattoo he did on me yesterday. Keeps a very clean area & I never ever have any issues with healing. Always friendly & respectful too, of course! The receptionists were very friendly as well :) The shop itself too is very clean & I love the overall vibe of it, all kinds of flash & art on the walls & whatnot. I definitely recommend calling the shop & setting something up with Braddock! The shop does walk-ins on Saturdays & Sundays as well :) It’s a super great place in all aspects!

We just had flooring installed in second home, and we’ve used GCO both times. They are the ONLY flooring company I would EVER trust! Great service from showroom to installation! Melissa took great care of us 20 years ago when we bought our first house, and I was so happy that she was still there when we needed it for our second! She was very patient with our indecisiveness and she wanted to ensure that we loved what we got. I work from home, alone, and I had absolutely NO problem with the two men that came to do my installation. They were quick, clean, perfectionists who DID NOT EVER make me feel uncomfortable being in my home alone with them! I will recommend Melissa, Mike, and Caleb to anyone that mentions needing new flooring!!! They all did a GREAT job!!!

Chris Bailey and his team are true professionals. They use high quality materials and they get the job done in a timely and professional manner. Rising Sun remodeled a kitchen, powder room into a full-bath, and reconfigured the master bathroom and closet in 2018-2019 in my 1970s home in the Suncrest neighborhood of Morgantown. I wrapped in a portion of the cost into my mortgage and Chris was very patient in working with my bank and submitting the necessary paperwork. Once Rising Sun commits to a project, they keep on a tight schedule until it is completed. Chris inspects the work almost daily--on one occasion, I noticed there was a problem with the light placement in the kitchen ceiling. I texted Chris and he had already noticed it and had contacted the subcontractor to get it fixed. At my one year inspection there were very few issues (the thresholds had cracked, for example) and Rising Sun enthusiastically fixed these minor issues. I was extememly impressed with the subcontractors Rising Sun hires to do tile work, cabinetry, plumbing, painting, and dry wall. Chris is all about relationship-building with subcontractors and his clients.If you are fortunate enough to work with Rising Sun, it might be helpful to understand his process--you need to pay for architectural drawings for Chris to be able to give you a cost estimate for the job.Services: Project management

Mike and his crew are the best contractors I've ever had the pleasure of working with in the Morgantown, WV area. My chimney was leaking and I had contacted several contractors in the area and even scheduled a few only to experience no calls and no shows for appointments and ultimately being left with nothing but ignored calls. Mike was very professional, kind, and informative throughout the entire process. I left him a message and within an hour he had called me back to ask what he and his crew could do for me. In October of 2022 he repointed my chimney and replaced the cap to fix an ongoing leak issue I had been experiencing. Mike was thorough in ensuring the leak was fixed and even asked me to hold off leaving this review until I had experienced several good rain storms to ensure the work was done. Mike and his crew should be the standard for contractor integrity. They are my first call for all my home improvement needs and I already have him lined up for a ceiling replacement.

When I showed up at Dr Toth’s office I could barely walk. He’s helped me tremendously and is always quick to explain the issues and how to resolve them. I’ve never been a fan of back cracking chiropractors but I give Dr Toth 5 stars for his in depth knowledge, experience, listening skills and use of multiple methods to solve issues.

I am a rat owner and one of my rats had an oral tumor that was hindering him eating and making his teeth continue to grown. I called everywhere to see if someone could trim his teeth and they said yes!
Everyone was so sweet towards my feisty guy.
Two months later, my poor rat passed and I called the day before to have him euthanized but he didn’t make it through the night. The ladies at the desk the next day were so kind and understanding when I brought him in to be cremated.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Emma, and I can’t say enough great things about her. She truly went above and beyond for me, even putting some of my worries to ease. I was trying to find care for Sid the Ferret, who we suspect has DIM—a rare condition that brings some pretty big challenges, especially with the medication protocol needed for recovery. Emma was incredible; she took the time to talk through our jiurney thus far and the supportive care I was giving Sid at home since we didn’t get instructions for at home care when we were discharged from another vet. She promised to talk to the vet about his case and get back to me, no matter what. Sure enough, she called me the very next day.
When Emma called, she let me know that the vet didn’t have experience with DIM, which is completely understandable given its only known to happen in ferrets, was only first discovered in 2003, and how rare it is even in ferrets. But what really stood out to me was the honesty and how much they cared. She didn’t just leave it at that—she gave me two referrals to specialists who might be more experienced. And here’s where Emma and the doctor truly went above and beyond: Emma reassured me that if I couldn’t get help elsewhere, they would still do their best for Sid. They had already looked into the medication challenges and were willing to consult with Dr. Katerina Ramsell from the American Ferret Association if it came to that.
Hearing her say, “We don't have experience with DIM so there may be better options, but in the event that doesnt work out for whatever reason, we’re here for you and will do everything we can for Sid,” meant the absolute world to me. It honestly brought me to tears knowing that not only had they already spent their (non-paid) time to research DIM and the treatment protocol, but they were also willing to attempt treatment if I couldn't get in elsewhere so Sid could have a chance at recovery.
I don’t know if we’ll end up needing Emma and Dr. Minger for Sid’s treatment, but if we do, I know we’ll be in great hands and they truly will do everything in their power to help us. And even if we get treatment elsewhere, I’d love to bring Sid to Mountaineer Vet for our routine appointments if they’ll have us!
Jessica is by far the best groomer we tried while in Morgantown, and we were so sad to have to leave her when we moved out of the area. She always did a spectacular job with our anxious, difficult to groom springer spaniel. On top of him looking beautiful after every visit, he never regressed in his cooperative care at home which shows how gentle and patient she was with him. I absolutely recommend Jessica to anyone in the area. She truly does an amazing job. I wish I could give more than 5 stars
Took my dog there for the first time since recently moving to Morgantown! If you are in need of a groomer in the area, or honestly even not (it’s worth the drive), I would highly recommend Barbara! She was so sweet and very helpful. I felt very comfortable with leaving my dog in her care. She is very personable and good with the dogs and is also very well priced. Will definitely be our go to groomer from now on!
this is an amazing place. this is the third trip we’ve left our fur baby there for and he loves it. he always comes home so clean and with all his belongings taken care of. definitely recommend!
I had two doggies boarded there for a week. They were great with them both. Sent pics of them everyday. I give them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Will be taking them back this coming summer. Thank you Bakers Farms ☺️
Went for a lymphatic drainage facial massage and it did not disappoint! Have been having trouble with my sinuses since January and in less than an hour, my blockages were cleared (and they were very noticable blockages once the massage started!) Highly recommend!
Definitley \"healing\" massages! I recently had surgery on my leg from an accident. The surgery left me with several screws and plates, much swelling, total lack of range of motion and a few incisions (one, that is over 8 inches). I provide this detail so you know what Nikole and her therapeutic touch were dealing with. I worked with my Physical Therapist and Nikole hand in hand. My PT was amazed at how my incisions were healing and how wonderful my scars looked. I gave the credit to Nikole. His comment surprised me, \"wow, most massage therapist won't even touch that, and it is so valuable in the healing.\" Her massages continued to help with my circulation, reduce swelling and increase my range of motion. Another aspect of an injury that is often overlooked, is the fact that other muscles have to compensate for your injury. I was non-weightbearing for 12 weeks, meaning I overworked everything else - -my back, my neck, my shoulders, my arms and I would pull my hips out of balance. Nikole would get everything back in symmetry so I definitely prevented further pain and injury to other parts of my body. Her massages also provide much pain control. My recovery was quite painful and I accomplished this non-narcotic process with Nikole!!! I know this post is long, but as a nurse I wanted to share the importance of Nikole's therapeutic massage in my recovery journey. I commonly thank her for fixing Humpty Dumpty! Because even with all the kings horses and all the kings men....... the addition of Nikole is making me whole again!

This was my first visit to Sol Rising Studio. Dawn is very a caring, professional, and skilled massage therapist. She listened, focused on areas where I was having pain, communicated with me, and used her professional judgment -- all of which I appreciate very much. Also, her studio is very calming and does not have the typical spa scents that I don't like, which is important for those sensitive to particular smells. I will definitely see Dawn again for more massages!
Morgantown is so lucky to have Move Right! Direct access, no referral needed and you get the best possible one-on-one care from knowledgeable, specialized, and attentive physical therapists. I love that the focus is on future prevention and maintenance. I’ve seen both Nick and Jake at Move Right at various times in my life and can wholeheartedly recommend both of them!
Staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. There are plenty of pieces of exercise equipment so seldom a wait to get a machine. Therapists did a great job stretching and messaging my quad which was affected by a pinched nerve. They provided me with the proper exercises to strengthen the muscles around the lower back to alleviate the pinching of the nerve. This restored the use of my quad.
