3 Birds Floral deserves 10 stars! Excellent customer service, they delivered a gorgeous arrangement on a short request time. Communicated clearly, professionally, proactively, and kindly. The flowers were GORGEOUS!! Will definitely use their services again and HIGHLY recommend them!!

We have used this local shop twice now to deliver locally to my mother in law. Each time we gave them a budget and some ideas of what she likes. They knocked it out of the park both times so far! They have made the process so easy to work with as someone ordering from out of town.

I went on Three Birds Floral and saw a lantern I loved for a funeral. It was so pretty. It had the writing Amazing Grace how sweet the sound.So I called them and told them I loved the lantern and that was what I wanted.When I saw it I was so disappointed. It was just a plain lantern with a candle inside and a bow on top. That was not the lantern I ordered, that was on their website. If they didn’t have it, all they had to do is tell me.
