I originally went to the mall to have my nails done. I asked for them to look like natural nails the one at the mall messed them up, made them look pink and sparkly. Nothing that I asked for same day I came here. They redid my nails touch them up, reshape them, and gave me exactly what I asked for and they were kind enough to discount me even though they were the ones that did not mess up my nails, I will definitely be back at this location for fillings and new sets.
Not the best quality I've ever gotten, there was only one person doing everyones acrylic/builder gel applications so he was rushing a bit and it was a little sloppy. I paid $170 for builder gel full set, pedicure, and builder gel overlay on my toes. I might try one more time to see if it was just a one time mishap. A few of the nail tips are too narrow for my nails so there is a noticeable gap and some nails have a lot of product build up on my side walls. I do have really short natural nails but it has never been an issue at other salons
I have been going to this salon for about a year now. The owners are always very nice and welcoming. Today I brought my daughter in with me for the first time for her 4th Birthday. Her being so young I was a little nervous, but right away the owners made her feel like a princess. Telling her Happy Birthday multiple times and every employee coming over to tell her as well. Making sure while in the pedicure chair she was comfortable by bringing her a pillow to lay back on. Even when she did get a little restless while waiting for me to finish, one of the employees came over and talked with her and offered her some water.
