Brian was absolutely phenomenal. We called for an appointment today and Brian was at the house 3 hours earlier than expected and fixed my Mom's air conditioner within an hour. Not only was he efficient, he was kind and so helpful. Within 15 minutes the temperature dropped from 99 degrees to just above 80 degrees and still dropping. I am so incredibly grateful for Brian. He most certainly has a heart for people and loves what he does!! Thank you Brian!!!

My gas oven decided to take a dive during the Covid 19 pandemic. I purchased a new one over the phone with Lowe's and thought all would be well. However, Lowe's would only deliver to my driveway, not into the house and install. So attempted to coordinate with delivery and Roach Oil. Kevin and Mandy were absolutely wonderful in setting up a time for Gary to come out after delivery.Alas, the morning of supposed delivery, I called because I had not received a delivery time window the evening prior. Indeed, my delivery was not scheduled until 5-9 PM! Long story short; my husband and I went to the store and picked up our oven, brought it back and got it into the house. Gary rang, earlier than I expected, and said he was in the area and thought he'd see if we had gotten the oven. He came right over, did all the hookup needed to fit it for propane, and we were ready to roll.Local, thoughtful, and absolutely made every effort to get my essential oven up and going. Essential, because I have two teenagers in the house in which we are under stay at home guidelines. :)Thank you, Kevin, Mandy, and Gary!!
