My family and I had always used Ark Animal Clinic since 05-2013 up till a month ago. I had called several times to Ark Animal Clinic and left several messages to call me back ASAP. (To this day they still haven't called me back) Long story short, I called Shenandoah Veterinary Hospital and was seen that very day. These people were very understanding and told us that our little 15 year old Pomeranian had a mass between her liver and spleen, and at her age didn't recommend having a biopsy done. Dr O'Donnell had told us that we may have two months with her. Unfortunately, we did not get that two months but only one. I can honestly say that when it was her time they didn't hesitate getting us in. They allowed us to hold her as she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. We couldn't ask for a more caring and understanding place for our little Sapphire to cross over. Thank you all for everything.

We have a senior dog who has only ever been groomed at home. He had a wonderful experience here. They were very tender with him, and he smells FABULOUS. He even got a little bandana. The price is so cheap you expect a garbage experience, but the service and quality is awesome. Thank you all, from Caddo and his pawrents!

This place is the best. I love bringing my dogs here. The spa and retreat are fantastic. The groomers who work here do a fantastic job on my Lil Kids. They always look nice and are groomed well. I highly recommend bringing your pets here! You will definitely fall in love with the place.
