Luke has gotten me to the most amazing blond ever! Even though he is the professional, he took the time to listen to my past experiences and was able to work with what did and didn’t work in the past. I’m so picky with my hair color and Luke has achieved and exceeded my expectations! He is beyond amazing! Lastly but not least! His prices are beyond affordable!
