I am so grateful to these men that came out and worked on my heat pump to get it repaired in a timely manner. That efficient, customer service is outstanding. I cannot say enough about this company. So very thankful!

When Terry came out to see what we needed and give us a quote. He was very detailed and explained everything up front.Brad, his installer did an amazing job with his team. Brad took his time and explained everything with the thermostats and units.We had a new 2.5 ton heat pump and a split unit installed. Everything was done professionally, neat, clean. Fire and Ice put in our new heat pump and air conditioning unit in our addition. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, plus their prices were quite reasonable! When one of our parts failed recently on our a/c unit, they were here in less than 24 hours to replace it. We definitely like doing business with this company and highly recommend them.
