I wish I had read The reviews before wasting my time calling this rude, unprofessional, waist of my time company. Just run from them

Their shoddy workmanship leads me to believe that their intention was to milk us dry with unwarranted return service calls. They needlessly replaced parts on a brand new system two days after installation and charged us for it. When we asked them to return to repair what never worked from the beginning, they wanted money to repair what they failed to install properly the first time. If you are a small business or a newbie to refrigeration it seems as though they want to stick it to you. We had their work repaired by our regular service and they found poorly sweated joints on all cooper fittings, improperly insulated pipes, the drains for the freezer and coolers impossibly... read full review

I would never recommend this company. They took a sizeable deposit for a piece of equipment, months later claimed it came in but was damaged and had to get another, then several months after that we finally had to find a solution elsewhere and told them to cancel. They have not refunded our deposit (there was no non-refundable clause in the agreement). They have not returned our phone calls or emails and continue to avoid the issue.
