“My letter to the Servpro in regards to the service they provided after my basement flooded. I don’t write emails like this, so when I send one you know I mean it.<br>I just wanted to let Servpro know Mina, Marta, Tyler and one other Laborer who cleaned and organized my basement did an absolutely amazing phenomenal job! I’ve been talking about them all week. Please tell them a huge thank you! This ordeal was so stressful and overwhelming, but when Mina ( I hope that’s her name, it was difficult hearing over the fans) called out for me to come downstairs when all was finished I wanted to cry tears of joy when I saw what they had done.
