“Trudi saved me after I received a horrible hair cut from a hairdresser at a different business. I called at 6:00 pm on a Friday night after my neighbor recommended the salon. I was just hoping to get on Trudi’s schedule for the next week but after I explained my predicament she said come on in I’ll cut it right now. I couldn’t believe it, knowing they were closing in less than an hour. She put me at ease immediately and I felt I could trust her to fix my bad haircut. She gave me the exact haircut I had tried to get the first time! I really felt like she went above and beyond with her customer service. She really took her time and was patient which I really appreciate.
