Time will tell, but I could not be happier. Technician (Chris)was here at time indicated. He was very informative on each task he performed. Unit needed refrigerant and he found zero leaks. ( Could have been a fill valve leaking.) During the process he discovered a bad disconnect breaker at compressor and replaced same. I am new to state and feel good I have a company to reach out to.

Good system installed 2 years ago. Issue is they are nearly impossible to get a hold of. Only 2 years old and have an issue left msg with answering service and texted them. Just need someone to respond so I can get my unit fixed. Luckily it’s not 90 degrees only in the 80s. Can’t even get them to respond for semi annual system checks.Services: Installation

The HVAC technician John, who installed a new furnace and HVAC, is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, reliable, polite, and friendly. The manager, Jamie, is also efficient, polite, friendly, and provides excellent customer service.I highly recommend Appalachian Heating and Air!!Services: A/C system maintenance
