I grew up in Kistler WV, but I moved away when I was 22 years old. My mother recently passed away, and I was not familiar with any of the funeral homes there. However, in searching around, Krantz McNeely Funeral Home was highly recommended to me. I took a chance on the recommendation, and chose Krantz McNeely Funeral Home to take care of my mom. I am extremely glad I did. From the initial phone call, the service I received was as if I was family. They did an excellent job of making my mom look natural, as though she was sleeping. Over the next few months, they ensured that all was well. By that, I mean they offered grief counseling.

Our family has used this funeral home for as long as I can remember. They have always done a fantastic job and are very comforting. Thank you vicky for helping our family at our hardest time. Our family will always be grateful. I'm speaking for the whole brown - browning family.
