I grew up in Kistler WV, but I moved away when I was 22 years old. My mother recently passed away, and I was not familiar with any of the funeral homes there. However, in searching around, Krantz McNeely Funeral Home was highly recommended to me. I took a chance on the recommendation, and chose Krantz McNeely Funeral Home to take care of my mom. I am extremely glad I did. From the initial phone call, the service I received was as if I was family. They did an excellent job of making my mom look natural, as though she was sleeping. Our family has used this funeral home for as long as I can remember. They have always done a fantastic job and are very comforting. Thank you vicky for helping our family at our hardest time. Our family will always be grateful. I'm speaking for the whole brown - browning family.
