Formerly from Keyser, I would take my Mother to Dr. Conrad and he was always so patient and kind with her. After having lived in Berkeley Springs now for over 42 years, I’d become dissatisfied with the lack of service at a local eye care facility. They had sold their practice to a ‘big’ entity. I stayed in with them for over 5 plus years after they had sold but the service became worse. I also tried a Winchester practice. Remembering Dr. Conrad’s mannerism and after other wonderful referrals from other family members and friends, I booked an appointment with Dr. Conrad. I made an appointment for my husband, too, whom has been fighting eye pressure for way too long. We felt like we had come home! Dr. Conrad went above and beyond with his care, concern, and service. He was thorough while being kind; taking his time to find the right solutions to our eye problems. You rarely find that service in today’s fast-paced, self-absorbed world. I will gladly drive 1 1/2 hrs to come to his practice AND be ‘out-of-network’. His staff was capable, efficient, and willing to help! It was such a pleasure and I would HIGHLY recommend his practice! I hope Keyser recognizes what a treasure they have in the community!

Dr. Conrad is the only eye doctor that I have went to. He is always on time, takes his time, listens closely, ensures that all concerns are taken care of, is conversational, and great at what he does. Will continue to recommend!
