They blacktopped the street in front of my house yesterday morning, tore a huge rock out of the street and left it blocking my driveway. 4 different people, including the supervisor, told me they would get it but they did not. I called this morning and was told "the city will get it". When I asked who at the city so I could call and find out when, the guy went acted all offended (did he really talk to the city? I doubt it.). He didn't apologize for all the lies nor for leaving it blocking my driveway.It doesn't matter to him at all that his people did this and won't deal with it.

We had our driveway paved by Blacktop Industries 11/21. This was the worse job that I have ever seen. They had paved our driveway in 2002 and did an excellent job, which is why we had them come back. Apparently their quality of workmanship and customer service has gone downhill. I really do not think that they care.There are rough spot in many places that look like they never even ran a roller over them. There is a crack that goes all the way across the driveway.I went to pay them and told the guy that gave the estimate that he needed to come and look at these places. We had our driveway blacktopped on 11/21 by Blacktop Industries. This was the worse job that I have ever seen. They had paved our driveway in 2002 and did an excellent job. That was why we had them to come back. Apparently their quality of workmanship and customer service has gone downhill. I really do not think that they care. There are many rough places that do not look like they even ran a roller over it. There is also a crack that goes all the way across the driveway. I did pay them and told the guy that did the estimate that he needed to come look at those places. He never came. So I went to his house and got him. He said he had forgot. He said that he would draw up a guarantee that the rough spots would not gather water and freeze and crack the driveway. He would said he would bring that to me the next week. He never came. So I sent the owner a Facebook message to ask him if he would stop by and look at it. He called the other guy. The guy that gave me the estimate called and came out to look at my driveway on March 28, 2022. I asked about the promised guarantee. He said he forgot about it. I have not seen him or the guarantee yet. This is April 26, 2022. I paid $12,000 for this interior paving job. I do not recommend Blacktop Industries. If you are considering using them to do your payment, you are free to come out and look at my driveway first. Bob Branham
