Jerid was great. He kept in touch with me and explained things to me. He was always prompt when responding to a text. He was early for his appointment which means a lot to me. I have no complaints at all and would definitely call him again if needed. He is very reliable, responsible, and knowledgeable. He is top notch and cannot be beat.

It was very obvious that he spent alot of time in, on, under, and around the house looking for anything and everything that needed to be reviewed before purchase. Jerid had a full schedule when I called him, but he worked hard to get an inspection scheduled for me. He performed a very thorough inspection and provided as much information as possible. He was also very quick to respond and prepare the inspection report. I would highly recommend 304 Inspections to anyone.Edit: I’ve used Jerid twice now, and he is scheduled for a third inspection on Monday. He is very thorough and has saved me a ton of money in repairs I didn’t want to deal with. I cannot recommend him enough.
