Would give Justin 10 stars if I could. He came out for a HVAC leak in our attic. Ultimately had to replace some duct work and an overflow pan that was NOT accomplished by another company we paid 14 thousand dollars to for a new system just a couple of years ago. Will use this company exclusively from now on. Justin and the other tech (whose name my mind erased..lol) were professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. I can't thank them enough.
They seem to know what they are doing. They asked me to post a review, although I think it is rather too soon for this. All they did was charge a lot of money for a 1/2 hour cleaning. They did say they would do the bigger cleaning in the spring, and they did find that I need a new fan in one of my units. It remains to be seen how they proceed. If I have more to say in the spring, I will post that as well.
We were having an issue with water filling up in the a/c drain pan and overflowing into our pantry. While the air filter was dirty, it wasn't so dirty as to be the cause of this issue. We called SAC&H Inc and Greg was dispatched and arrived soon after our call. We were absolutely relieved that someone was coming that quickly because we had powered off the A/C and vacuumed the drain pan so we wouldn't have additional issues in the pantry. Greg researched the issue and determined we had a clogged outflow pipe. He relieved the clog and opened up the pipe. And the problem was resolved.
