“I attended a class with Lisa Craiger and from the moment I entered to space it was one of the best, if not the very best, yoga experience I've had. She made me feel so warm and welcomed. She made the class fun, while offering lots of options for different levels of experience. Lisa was engaging the entire time and genuine, too. I believe that whether I had a ton of experience, or very little experience, it would have been a perfect class. I am excited to see more yoga options in Shepherdstown! Charles Town is just a bit far.“

25203 Garrett Hwy Suite #4, McHenry“Heather is very professional and intuitive. I have had many massage therapy sessions in my life but she rates as one of the best that I have ever had. Heather listened to me about where I have pain and muscle tension. I stand all day bent over as a hairdresser & estehetician and cannot seem to get other MT's to focus on my issues. She knew just where to focus on the tension in my back, neck & hips. She also advised me on some remedies and exercises to help me reduce daily muscle soreness, fatigue and tension. I highly recommend her. She was awesome. Everything folks report on her reviews is true!“

214 Viking Way, Martinsburg“As a firm believer in chiropractic care, my two children and I have been seeing Dr. Dan McCray for roughly 8 years on a monthly basis. We're happy & healthy. No complaints at all - only praise for the entire staff. They are the most kind, most funny, most welcoming, ever. Dr. Dan is easy to talk to about anything that might be of concern & he's a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend.“

970 Foxcroft Ave Ste 104, Martinsburg“Touch of Grace is such a relaxing atmosphere! It was my first Salt Cave massage and it was a wonderful experience. Kate is such a calming presence and makes sure she explains her whole process before getting started. Highly recommend at least doing a halotherapy salt cave session, if not a salt cave massage! Or just take advantage of one of their many other service options.“

I also appreciate how kind everyone is, especially the owner Doug. It really shows that they care about their customers. I hope this salon is around for a long time!“

295 Rock Cliff Dr, Martinsburg“After 2 years of massive pain due to a car accident, 30+ Chiro visits (I love my Chiro but he couldn’t figure out what to do), loads of physical therapy…I came here… I saw 3 of the therapists here and after they dialogued my issues they came up with a treatment plan. Adam said to me “I can fix this but it’s going to hurt” I told him to do it. The muscles around my shoulder were kinked up. It DID hurt, I had a few bruises but I did a full ugly cry from the relief I felt immediately!!! Stop suffering and give them a try. They understand how our bodies are put together and look at various solutions. I’m forever grateful to have found them.“

“Listen, I walked into Mountaineer Massage and Bodywork shaped like a human question mark—back screaming, shoulders up around my ears, and stress levels high enough to power a small city. I walked out feeling like melted butter sliding off a stack of pancakes. ?
The massage therapist didn’t just “work out knots”—they discovered knots I didn’t even know existed. Pretty sure they found one from 1997. The pressure was perfect: not too soft, not too aggressive, just the sweet spot between “ahhh” and “ouch but in a good way.”
The vibe? Cozy, calm, and very “Appalachian zen.” I half expected a black bear in the corner doing yoga stretches. ?♂️?
By the end, my spine was whispering “thank you,” my muscles were humming Appalachian folk songs, and I briefly considered quitting my job to become a full-time professional napper.
10/10 would recommend. If you’re debating booking a session—stop reading reviews and go do it. Your body will thank you, and your stress will pack its bags and move out.“
