First of all, let me preface my review by saying that I was in the dental business myself for 20 years, 14 of which I owned and operated my own dental lab. Plus, I have a degree in dental technology. So, while I'm not a dentist, I do know a little about the dental field. Anyhow... I have been going to Dr. Banks' office for 3-4 years now but never dealt with him personally. I've had my teeth cleaned and a little work by two other dentists in his office, both of which I was more than satisfied with. Absolutely wonderful experience. New to this area and Dr. Banks had an opening when I had a minor problem. So happy I found this office. The entire staff welcomes you and the dental hygienist, Jami, was awesome for today’s visit.
I really didn't have any major issues with the visit. The young hygienist was new to me. Which is fine except she never introduced herself. She of course knew my name. Granted I could have asked but that is not my expectation in this type of circumstance.
