“Jim came and assessed our low water pressure and installed a pressure switch. He was very professional and explained every thing as he went along. As it turned out we had two issues and Jim had to hand our case over to Jimmy Moore for a whole new well pump the next day. Jimmy and his assistant Korey did a great job. Mr. Walters from Proffesional Plumbing is an astounding person. I had a problem with my kitchen faucet during this weekend and I gave Mr. Walters a call if he would be able to stop by and take a look at it. Without any questions asked Mr. Walters had came immediatly after I gave him a call. My kitchen faucet was leaking and was bad so we had to purchase a new one the same day. Mr. Walters had waited for us to purchase a new one from Lowes and after we bought a new one he had installed within minutes.
