Mr. Walters from Proffesional Plumbing is an astounding person. I had a problem with my kitchen faucet during this weekend and I gave Mr. Walters a call if he would be able to stop by and take a look at it. Without any questions asked Mr. Walters had came immediatly after I gave him a call. My kitchen faucet was leaking and was bad so we had to purchase a new one the same day. “Brian was absolutely phenomenal. We called for an appointment today and Brian was at the house 3 hours earlier than expected and fixed my Mom's air conditioner within an hour. Not only was he efficient, he was kind and so helpful. Within 15 minutes the temperature dropped from 99 degrees to just above 80 degrees and still dropping. I am so incredibly grateful for Brian.
