First of all, let me preface my review by saying that I was in the dental business myself for 20 years, 14 of which I owned and operated my own dental lab. Plus, I have a degree in dental technology. So, while I'm not a dentist, I do know a little about the dental field. Anyhow... I have been going to Dr. Banks' office for 3-4 years now but never dealt with him personally. I've had my teeth cleaned and a little work by two other dentists in his office, both of which I was more than satisfied with. However, on my last cleaning, the hygienist found the start of some decay around the margins of an existing bridge. Steps in Dr. Banks!!! He set me up an appointment with him personally as this was going to be a particularly tricky case. And, knowing what I know, I knew he was right. Long story short, he fixed and saved not only that tooth but the entire bridge, saving me a lot of grief and money. As it turned out, it proved to be trickier that we even thought. In the end, I was super impressed. Kudos to Dr. Banks! My lab was in the DC metro area and, over the years, I got to know at least 100 dentists and was very familiar with the caliber of their work. Out of all those dentists, there were probably 5 or so that I would want to go to, not because the others were so bad but because those 5 were so good. They were my top picks. After what Dr. Banks did for me today, he has joined the ranks of my top picks!!! Thank you Dr. Banks!!!

Everyone was very sweet and professional. I'm new to the practice and will definitely be staying. The office is clean, comfortable, and they are very strict and cautious with Covid as well, which is great.

Everyone is always so warm and welcoming at Dr. Banks' office. I came in with my 3 year old and they took such great care of both of us. I was blown away at how well my daughter behaved and I know this was the direct result of how well they have treated us each and every time we come in. Dr. Banks and his staff never seem rushed. He is always sure to do a thorough exam and makes a point to know that all of your questions or concerns are addressed.
