The winter cover that Auqamatic East Coast installed last fall was such a blessing to us this winter! Why did we wait so long to get one? We also have an automatic cover that they install, repair and maintain - we've been a very satisfied customer for many years. Josh and Kristen truly care about their customers. Love the pool cover, but the warranty on the Little Giant Pool Cover Pump, provided by Aquamatic, is horrible. $51 to mail the defective pump back and $35 to mail the replacement pump to me. $86 I had to pay for a warranty covered item. Something is wrong with this picture! The warranty was provided by Aquamatic. I did not got through the pump manufacture. Aquamatic directed I mail the pump back to them and they are the ones that charged the to and from shipping charges. I understand pumps sold after mine are warrantied direct from the manufacture, but that is not the case with mine.
