Great experience!! My stylist was super nice and talkative during our appointment. She also gave me exactly what I asked for and I’m super happy with the result. Also the price was great, way more affordable than my usual salon

Vanessa knew exactly what I was wanting and was able to nail it! I’m so happy and have found my new hairdresser at Smartstyle in Hurricane, WV!

I asked her to trim the ends, about 1/2 inch. She didn't even wet my hair down. I had to ask her if she trimmed the sides because she only did the very back. There was barely any hair on the floor afterwards. And the drape she placed on me was covered with someone else's hair. If I go back, I will use a different stylist.
*** UPDATE 6/8/2024*** I went back today and had a haircut done by Amy. She is phenomenal. I will definitely continue making appointments with her!
