I recently started tanning again (it’s been since Covid started when I last tanned). I needed several things (lotions, eyewear, etc) and had several questions regarding the different beds and spray tanning. The employee working that day (I wish I could remember her name) was so patient and helpful. Great customer service. I didn’t feel like my questions were annoying her and she seemed happy to help me. She even let me smell the different lotions they had to offer, and was very informative. The point system is great too, and the special deals- Free Tan Week is the latest one where you can upgrade a bed for free. All of the employees I’ve met since I got my membership have been great. The beds are clean, and there are so many, you never have to wait for one to open up. My particular favorite is #18. So glad that I have a membership here and would definitely recommend.
